Our manufacturing process
- BARE BOARD (FR-4): A routed, drilled substrate. Copper, mask, and silkscreen, nothing on it yet.
- SOLDER PASTE (SPI): Stencil-printed paste on every pad, then inspected before a single part lands.
- SMT PLACEMENT (2 LINES): Components placed at speed across both surface-mount lines, µm-accurate.
- REFLOW (THERMAL): A profiled thermal curve melts the paste and locks every joint in place.
- INSPECTION (AOI): Automated optical inspection on 100% of boards. Nothing ships unseen.
- BOX BUILD (TURNKEY): Final assembly: enclosure integration, wiring, and functional test. Shipped ready to run.
